Anthony Williams the medical medium one week into the apple challenge I just want to say that and
it's exciting I gotta say got my apples here that's a nice apple right there that's a nice
apple right there I just love them that's a nice apple right here great to be here and excited
because I want to answer questions I want to help in any way I possibly can on all levels got the
celery juice right here too so how cool is that right i think that's like 20 ounces 20 ounces
celery juice i mean you could do more you could do 30 ounces you could do 40 ounces
you could really heal your liver yes liver rescue that's right you guys excited about liver rescue
oh my god we're so close to liver rescue being in our hands i don't even have the book in my hand
yet so good morning good morning everybody i'm going to answer questions so and i'm going to
try to spot questions out. I also got questions from comments that were, you know what I mean?
You guys were throwing at me all the time. Some comments that were actually on Insta
that I picked off and we're going to talk about baby livers. Really important to talk about that.
That's babies and children that are dealing with liver problems that the doctor doesn't know about
that moms don't know about. And that's acid reflux for babies. That's constipation. That's
all kinds of different things. Bloating, all of that. We're going to talk about that a little bit.
baby jaundice we're going to talk about that baby eczema that's pretty cool too so but we're going
to i'm going to cover all kinds of different questions going to talk about fodmap how about
the fodmap thing right the confusion with that that theory that theory that's actually not accurate
i know i just got somebody upset just now but i'm going to air it out so you know because you should
be allowed to eat an apple you should be allowed to eat apples i'm going to talk about that fructose
intolerance. I'm going to talk about that a little bit too. So I just saw something about
apple cider vinegar. Be careful with apple cider vinegar. Okay. It's still vinegar. Yeah.
Apples are the, create the best vinegar without a doubt. So if you're going to eat vinegar,
let it be apple cider vinegar, right? But just so you know, the more apple cider vinegar you throw
in you, the more you pickle your liver, you pickle your liver. I talk about apple cider vinegar in
here. It's great for topical stuff. It's great for the scalp. It's great for the skin, but you got to
watch out with apple cider vinegar. I know there's a whole bunch of people just, they love it, but I'm
going to tell you right now, more people get bloating problems from drinking apple cider
vinegar versus it going away. More people get acid reflux from apple cider vinegar versus it going
away from apple cider vinegar. More people get digestive problems and issues like that. What I'm
trying to say is be careful on how much vinegar because here's the deal i'll give you a little
secret that's inside liver rescue so you know and listen if you if you're backed by if you if you're
saturated into a um some scientists say that apple cider vinegar can destroy glyphosate
apple cider vinegar destroys the liver it can destroy the liver is what it can destroy okay
and a little bit fine if you're not worried you feel great you have no health problems if you
Listen, if you don't have any health problems, if you don't have any issues, just have a little apple cider vinegar, okay?
I totally do.
If you've got health problems, if you've got concerns, if you've got, like, a number of conditions and symptoms, yeah, be careful.
Apple cider vinegar is amazing for the skin.
Amazing for the skin.
See?
I like it.
It's amazing for the skin.
So what happens is, though, but apple cider vinegar, let me give you a little secret in Liver Rescue, okay, about apple cider vinegar.
I can't help it.
give you a little secret. Inside your liver, and science research doesn't know about this,
when you're eating bad salts in your life, if you had toxic salt 10 years ago, 5 years ago,
on some french fries, or toxic salt on a burger, toxic salt wherever, you know, and some cheese,
whatever it is, if you had toxic salt 10 years ago, 15 years ago, 20 years ago, eating cheese
doodles, whatever it is, potato chips, anything, like corn chips, whatever, whatever. If you had
a lot of salt in your day, it builds up in your liver. That salt builds up in your liver. It
stores in the liver in a bad way. Then when you start eating vinegars, whether it's red wine
vinegar, whether it's balsamic, whatever it is, apple cider vinegar, white wine vinegar,
any kind of vinegar, when you do the vinegar thing and it enters into the liver, there's a
reaction that occurs from salt and vinegar. And you know what it's called? It's called pickling.
It's called pickling.
That's what it's called.
What happens is literally you can pickle your own liver if you eat enough apple cider vinegar.
So if people are downing a tablespoon of it, two tablespoons of it, because they're trying to do some therapy from some theory, you're just going to get yourselves in trouble.
Look, I'm passionate about it because if I don't watch your back, I mean, what am I supposed to do?
I'm just not going to watch your backs.
I'm just not going to look out for you.
Is that what I'm supposed to do?
I'm just going to ignore all the stupid stuff out there and just not look out for you.
Is that what I'm supposed to do?
No, I can't do that.
I've got to look out for you guys.
Excited to be here.
Good morning, good morning.
Himalayan sea salt, okay?
Sure, if you want to use a salt, use a little bit of that.
Rock salt?
Himalayan sea salt?
I mean, Himalayan rock salt, Celtic sea salt, whatever.
You could use a little bit of that.
That's all right.
But try not to over-salt things.
Salt isn't the greatest thing.
Should we avoid dates to lose weight?
You should avoid fats to lose weight.
That was a question I just saw.
You should avoid too many fats.
If you're plant-based and vegan, start dropping down those nuts and seeds.
Just calm those down.
Flax seeds, nuts, seeds, oils, all that stuff.
Start bringing it down.
Not too much avocado.
Start bringing it down.
If you're paleo, if you're into animal proteins, start bringing down the animal proteins.
Get away from pork to begin with.
Lower your chicken a little bit.
Bring down your grass-fed beef.
Bring it down.
Get rid of butter if you're paleo or something.
I'll tell you why.
Your fats will kill your liver.
The fats will actually cause more problems than you could possibly imagine.
And if you don't believe it, just fine.
Don't believe it.
You move on with your life.
Eat fats and fats until you get arteriosclerosis or something.
You just got to take care of yourselves.
I got to look out for you.
I can't help it.
Hey, I'm like, man, I'm ready for today, I guess, you know.
Can I avoid fat more than one year?
Listen, first of all, if you avoid all overt fats, regardless, and you're just on fruits and vegetables only,
you're still getting some fats actually in these foods.
Like butter leaf lettuce, you'll get a little fat from blackberries.
You get fats from actually blackberries.
You get fats from bananas.
There's two grams of fat in a banana.
There's fats in all these different foods anyway.
There's omega-3s or 6s.
It's all in there, 9s.
So it's in there.
It's actually in these.
There's fats in seaweeds.
I mean, they're actually in there in these traces.
So you can't really go completely fat-free, fat-free where it doesn't exist.
It doesn't work like that.
Yes, you can go fat-free for a whole year if you want to.
If you're plant-based vegan, you can go fat-free for a whole year.
Of course you can.
But leafy greens, you have to be doing leafy greens.
You can't be relying on just fruit.
You can't do, and this is coming from literally the guy here that promotes fruit like nothing.
You know what's your take on a keto diet?
That question there, terrible, because ketosis actually kills the liver.
It ages you faster, shortens your life down the road.
The things with keto, first couple of things I want to tell you with the keto thing.
If you're plant-based and you want to go keto plant-based, it's impossible because there's
sugars in nuts and seeds.
There's sugars in avocado.
You can't go ketogenic on plant-based, but you could go high-fat on plant-based, which
isn't good.
You want to go low-fat on plant-based, so it's just leafy greens and more fruit.
if you're paleo or if you're going into animal protein and you go keto on the animal protein
diet where it's no carbs whatsoever no fruit whatsoever and you're just doing the animal
proteins and some greens or something like that that's not good because you're starving the liver
and the brain of glucose the very thing they run on and that's how you get in trouble so you got
to watch out the keto diets you could age yourself faster and faster with the keto diets and then
end up end up binging on carbs down the road and hurting yourself on that level too um so you're
blueberry pancakes right now? Wow, that's awesome. How about kale? I love kale. You
should be eating it. It's great. It's awesome. Don't worry about that. Kale is
great without a doubt. Is mycoplasma related to strep? No, strep's related to
strep and strep's off the map of science and research and at the doctor's office.
There's so many groups of strep. People have it everywhere. That's why Liver
Rescue, you should order Liver Rescue, you get it someday. Seriously, strep right
there would a strep cause acne would a strep cause SIBO would a strep cause a
lot of problems strep caused bloating that's another thing strep is everywhere
in people's systems people carry one one type of it two types of it two groups
three groups four groups they got all kinds of problems in the intestinal
tract they get confused about the FODMAP thing when really they just have a
strep problem creating underlying SIBO which is strep related science research
doesn't know SIBO strep related they just don't know what bacteria is by the
of the way. Hey, we're doing the Apple Challenge. I mean, are you guys still into it or what?
We're doing the Apple Challenge. We got, what is it? The 29th is when it ends and we're in the
first week of it now. It's so exciting. It's so exciting. So the Apple Challenge is awesome.
We're going to cover a lot of stuff. Just answering questions right off. I have SIBO,
which is strep in the gut, just so you know, with low hydrochloric acid and liver problems.
You have SIBO, get liver rescue so you can take care of your liver.
That's what that is.
So your liver breaks down over time.
How?
High-fat diets, lots of toxins, lots of problems like that.
Troublemakers, I call it.
The liver breaks down, okay?
And then your hydrochloric acid breaks down because your bioreserves diminish inside the liver.
And then strep that sits inside the gut starts to actually proliferate.
It feeds off of fats.
It feeds off of different foods.
It likes eggs.
It feeds off of eggs.
and then you end up with a diagnosis of SIBO.
IBS, that's also strep-related too.
Gluten feed strep, that's the confusion.
That's why there's a whole bunch of people
that can eat all the wheat they want,
all the gluten they want.
They don't have any problems.
You see 90-year-olds eating gluten,
they don't have any problems
because they never had any strep
or a bug feeding off of the gluten.
Another confusion that science researchers know.
So these are important things that you need,
you know, that you can,
what causes mucus in the stools?
That's a liver issue all on its own.
That means the liver's filled with mucus.
You really need to do some gentle cleanses with the liver.
Get the liver 369 cleanse in here.
That's the whole thing, meaning it's in the book.
It's simple to follow.
You get the book.
You know what to do.
You take care of it.
Celery juice.
Start the celery juice.
You got mucus in the stools?
Start the celery juice for sure.
Right.
Right on.
Does strep feed on fiber in the gut?
No.
Strep feeds on protein.
Strep feeds on fats.
It feeds on fats and proteins. That's what it does. It feeds on dairy, milk, cheese, butter, eggs, feeds on eggs, loves eggs. It feeds also on fats that get on the lining of the walls because the liver breaks down and it can't break down fats. If you're hearing about eat fats, eat fats, eat fats out there, you're just getting misled, misled. And you know what? You know what? It's really sad because it's so rampant out there right now, the misinformation, you guys. And it just hurts everybody.
It's so sad. It really is. So you want to take care of yourself. You got to look out. Don't do the high fat diets. And so you might think you're not on a high fat diet. Not true. High protein diet is a high fat diet, whether you're vegan or your animal product.
Okay, so nine months on celery juice.
Congratulations.
Just want to say that really quick.
Nine months on celery juice.
That's actually, yeah, congratulations.
I'll repeat that.
It's that good.
When is the book released?
It's coming out in a month or so.
Make sure it's coming out soon.
It's coming out in October.
So make sure you get a hold of one.
And honestly, you know, when it's out, just, yeah, lock one down now.
Because you might be waiting if you wait for it to come out on the day it's coming out.
So lock it down now. I'm just saying that because it's happened before. It happened before with medical medium. People were trying to get it, sold out twice right at the beginning, and people had to wait for it. So that's what happened with medical medium. And I have a feeling with liver rescue, it's already going to happen. So lock one down so you can guarantee you get one.
if you can't afford a book you can't get a book go to the library so if you can't get a $15 book
whatever it's going to be go to the library everybody can go to the library and get a free
book or however you need to take the book out there so that's what you do yeah MTHFR have a
chapter of that and live a rescue learn about the truth about that you're making your celery juice
now right on what about wine that's a funny one I mean you know it's hey it's grapes right it's
grapes, but you got to look out though. The liver doesn't like alcohol at all. That's why don't,
do not take supplements with alcohol in it. Do not take supplements with alcohol in it. That's
what I got to tell you right now. You got to be careful with that. You got to get, you got to look
out, you know, um, anything about yeast infections, they're strep infections. Yeast is present when
strep rises. Yeast is present when strep rises. That's how it works. There is no yeast infection.
We call it a yeast infection.
Doctors call it a yeast infection.
It's a strep infection.
Bacterial vaginosis, that's a strep infection.
UTIs, strep infection.
Yeast infection, strep infection.
That's all that is.
Learn about strep.
I can't tell you how enough.
Learn about strep.
Learn about UTIs.
I also in the book have what to take, what supplements you can take for your UTIs,
what supplements you can take for all these different conditions,
What meaning like what dosages, you name it.
So I'm excited, you know, I'm excited that you guys get the information, the whole bit.
Nutritional yeast, terrible, terrible.
You know what's so funny?
I mean, you know, I'll put out a recipe.
By the way, there's an apple sauce recipe.
Like check that apple sauce recipe out.
Seriously, you're going to love it.
Okay, I've already put that out there.
You got to check that out.
It's a great recipe.
Okay, nutritional yeast, look out, okay, because it's got glutamic acid in it.
I know that's going to break your heart because it's addictive.
Glutamic acid naturally occurring in nutritional yeast is bad news, and that's what's going on.
Just know how addictive that can be.
It's so addictive.
That's why people have to throw it on everything.
Plant-based people throwing it on everything.
It's bad.
I'm talking about bad.
So you've got to look out for nutritional yeast, okay?
Because it's highly toxic.
It messes up the brain.
I don't care whose it is, what brand it is, what's going on.
It's bad news.
Make sure you avoid it with everything you've got.
Learn how to do things without it.
You know, every now and then, I mean, I'm always posting recipes.
You guys know that.
And somebody will say, oh, that recipe would have been really great, Anthony, if it had nutritional yeast on it.
How come you're not smart enough to know it needs nutritional yeast?
Like, you didn't know about nutritional yeast?
Are you kidding?
Nutritional yeast is so toxic.
It's so toxic for you.
Stay away from it.
All right?
I'm letting you know.
It's MSG.
That's what nutritional yeast is.
I don't care who says it's not.
It is.
I don't care who grows it.
It is.
Glutamic acid naturally is created out of nutritional yeast.
And most nutritional yeasts add glutamic acid or more than that.
They add straight, straight MSG.
Please know this.
So, yeah, why did they say antibiotics cause yeast infections?
Okay, here's the confusion.
Antibiotics cause UTIs, even though we need them for UTIs when it gets out of control.
Because if you're not taking care of yourself, like taking care of your liver, and because I talk about UTIs in here,
if you're not taking care of your liver and you're not cleaning things up and getting yourself better and getting your immune system stronger and your liver's immune system stronger,
you'll keep on getting UTIs over and over again.
UTIs are strep.
Strep gets adapted.
It gets used to antibiotics.
So it acclimates to antibiotics.
And what happens is,
then that's why you end up getting more yeast infections,
which is more strep.
That's how that confusion is.
I'm just trying to clear the air on that one.
We're going to talk about some stuff that I was going to...
What's UTIs?
What are UTIs?
They're in air tract infections.
That's everything from hurts when you pee, burns when you pee, pain, everything going in the kidneys.
You could get severe.
You could be bleeding, all of that.
And it's strep.
And strep causes it.
Just letting you know right there.
So am I 27 years old?
That's a really good question.
Yeah, well, you know, let me just say, yeah, I'm 27 years old.
How'd you know?
I'm 27 years old.
I can't believe it.
But, hmm, absolutely.
I can't believe you guessed my age.
That's awesome.
You know, and yeah, yeah.
So let's see, what else?
I wish I was 27 years old.
How about that?
See, you got me.
I wish I was.
I want to talk about children and babies, baby health and everything.
Eczema, baby eczema, that's a liver condition.
I have a whole chapter in Liver Rescue talking about this.
what happens is that babies come into this world not with clean livers it's because it's inherited
inherited it's not genetic inherited toxins and poisons from the family from the mom and dad but
not just from the mom and dad okay so i don't want moms to be like oh it's all my fault no
it's from their mom and dad from their mom and dad from their mom and dad and so forth on down the
line. So children don't come here with these clean livers. And then there's medical treatments.
There's other things that can dirty up the liver right off the running, right off the beginning.
So what happens is children actually, yes, we're talking about, we're talking about children. You're
welcome. You're welcome. So children come here, babies come through, they're in the womb with,
with livers that are developing with toxins in them, heavy metals, mercury, lead, aluminum,
absolutely nickel. All of that is in there. Pesticides, herbicides, old pesticides from
your grandparents end up in our baby's livers.
That's how it works.
So literally pesticides, DDT, from 80 years ago, 90 years ago, ends up in our baby's liver.
That's how it works.
Chemical companies all across the globe pumping out chemicals, all that stuff has been in
our family lines, inherited down the line, generation after generation after generation
after generation.
And so our babies have literally information in their livers that is going back generations and generations and generations.
That's how it works.
So and because of that, our babies come in with toxic livers.
It could cause jaundice right off the running.
So it could cause that.
And there's a lot of confusion because doctors are like, well, you know, the baby will grow out of it.
and the jaundice, it will actually clear up and all that.
And sure, it does in most cases, but it's a struggling liver, so it's a sluggish liver.
So what happens is if your baby experiences eczema, jaundice, acid reflux, acid reflux is not just...
Here's how it works.
You know, doctors will say, pediatricians will say, well, the baby's intestinal tract isn't fully developed.
So because it's not full of the duodenum, the intestinal tract is not fully developed,
you're going to have all this acid reflux.
That's not how it works either.
What happens is the liver struggles at the beginning is why the acid reflux is there.
Breast milk doesn't have a high quantity of fat in it or protein for a reason.
A baby's HCL doesn't need a lot of HCL to actually digest.
A baby doesn't need a lot of bile to digest to break down fats.
Because of that, if the breast milk is really high in fat,
So if the mommy's eating lots of fats, then the breast milk will be higher in fat.
And that does cause a problem.
So if you have a baby that's dealing with acid reflux and you're breastfeeding, lower your fats.
That's the best way to do it.
Bring in lots more fresh fruits and winter squash and sweet potatoes and leafy greens and bring in more of all that.
And then you can actually help with the acid reflux in your baby.
So that's one thing that can help.
It's usually a liver that's struggling to produce bile, even at that age of just being a baby.
Literally at that age.
So that's what's going on there.
Antibiotics while breastfeeding okay?
It all depends on what's going on.
What are you taking the antibiotics for?
Talk to your doctor on that one.
Seriously, because I actually don't know your whole history and all that other stuff.
And it's hard to do a read just on you right here because there's so much coming through.
It's literally like noise, noise, noise from spirit.
so I can't really discern too easily.
Your eczema is healing, amazing.
Just keep on working hard on it.
Keep on doing the celery juice.
Stay away from the eggs, dairy products, and everything else.
So back to children's health.
Constipation, too.
Children's constipation, all liver-related.
That's another thing, too.
So taking away gluten is important, but you guys know that already.
Dairy products, that's important, too.
Bringing more fresh fruit is incredible for babies and children
So that's something to consider.
It's a great thing to actually help.
Baby eczema, all the eczema and psoriasis that babies have, it's all liver problems too.
So you just have to know that when babies are coming into the world, they're coming in with a history, already a history in the liver.
Not other places, but inside the liver.
And I talk about it in great detail in Liver Rescue.
So much more than I can even cover right here for sure.
and pandas is actually you know is a combination of heavy metals also a viral condition with a
cofactor of strep so just know how that works it's not just strep so pandas it's been talked
about where it's strep related actually pandas is viral related but the strep is just a cofactor
so it's present so that's another confusion too i talk about that in liver rescue so i even lay out
what supplements to use in liver rescue, what the dosages are, all of that when it comes down to
panacea, jaundice, baby liver issues, acid reflux, baby acid reflux, eczema, all of it so you can know
what to do. Is collagen good for the kids? No, it's not. It's not good for the kids. It's not.
So I'll keep on answering as many questions as I can the whole bit. Periodic fever syndrome,
grandson has that's actually mono.
That's what that is.
What happens is
they won't diagnose
a baby or
a child with
Epstein-Barr. They just won't
do it. Even though they should
and they could, they will
not do it. And because
of this, you might find
one doctor might say,
oh, it's a viral condition, and you might
hear that. But what virus
is it? What viral condition is it?
and you won't hear that part.
You'd be lucky.
I don't know.
You'd be really lucky if you found a doc
that actually was straight up about that part
and was just like, okay, wait a minute.
Let's really look into this.
Let's take a look.
We're seeing the elevated white count.
We're seeing what's going on.
This is definitely mono.
This is definitely the beginning of Epstein-Barr
or the Epstein-Barr virus.
And it just doesn't happen.
So fevers come and go with babies and children
and they get undiagnosed all the time with that.
It's unbelievable how it works.
Cirrhosis, I talk about cirrhosis in here.
Cellar juice does help.
If you have cirrhosis, you want to get the liver rescue.
Maybe you already preordered it.
So that's important too.
So yeah, you don't have a thyroid, it was removed.
Get thyroid healing.
Some of your thyroid's left.
Always know that.
You can't remove your whole thyroid.
It's not possible.
So you can't remove the whole thyroid.
is not possible. So you have to understand that. So when you get your thyroid removed,
a lot of times they'll leave a quarter of it. And they won't even tell you. They'll leave a
quarter of it. Most of the time, if they say they removed your thyroid completely, they left little
bits of tissue. They left tissue in different places on each side along the rim. And the reason
why I'm telling you this, because that tissue talks to your body. That's what happens. That
tissue still produces hormones. It still communicates with the body. It still has frequencies
that communicate with the body. It's very important to know. Also, you lost your thyroid due to Epstein
Barr virus. So if you had a tumor in the thyroid or cancer in the thyroid, or if you just had a,
you know, a hyperactive thyroid, whatever it is that happened to the thyroid, you lost it because
of the Epstein Barr virus. And that was behind all the other symptoms. So you still have to take
care of yourself. You should get thyroid healing so you can learn about that the whole bit. So
collagen for adults, it's really not a great thing. You know what happens is we waste our
resources on things like collagen. That's what we do by accident because we're told it's good
and we end up doing that. When you should buy another head of celery, do you realize what that
can do for your health versus collagen. And that's the thing is, you know, tell that to a collagen
and you tell that to somebody who offered it to you or said it was so great. Say that to them.
Do you realize how much a glass of celery juice can do versus that collagen you're trying to sell
me? You've got to take care of yourself and collagen doesn't do it. The celery juice literally
goes into the liver, purges it, heals it, strips down viruses and bacteria, kicks their butt like
no tomorrow, breaks down strep throughout the body, restores your hydrochloric acid,
restores your bile reserves. That's what it does. Bone broth, celery juice. Okay. That's what I say.
I'm just saying you want something that's really going to move the needle. You know,
that whole thing. You want something to move the needle, right? Let's move the needle, right? Let's
move the needle. Yeah. You want bone broth again. Everybody's into bone broth, celery juice.
You say bone broth, I say celery juice.
You say tomatoes, I say tomatoes.
All I'm saying is celery juice.
That's how powerful it is.
I'm not saying bone broth is bad.
If you like it, have it.
If you like it, you love the taste, all of it, have it.
If that's what you like.
I'm not saying it's the worst thing or it's terrible.
It's not what I'm saying.
What I'm saying is this can do so much for you when bone broth can't do so much for you.
There's a lot of foods we eat that we eat, but don't move the needle.
I want you to actually really hit that accelerator, reverse your aging process, change your life, move you forward, and that's what you need to do.
It's so important.
So yeah, let's move into some more fun stuff.
I'm still looking at no bone broth, celery juice.
That's right.
Just hold off the bone broth and do celery juice.
So if you're actually making bone broth, you're putting a lot of energy to making that.
Put that energy to doing celery juice twice that day.
Can you imagine what could happen?
I mean, it's changing the health of millions.
Are you part of that?
It wants you part of that.
I want you part of that.
I'm so inspiring.
Thanks.
You're inspiring.
I'm telling you.
That's why I get inspired.
It's because of you.
That's the whole point.
Is bone broth extremely dehydrating?
Yes, it is.
so yeah
I'm still reading as much as I can
as fast as I can
are legumes okay?
some people do great with them
some people don't
meaning because they're so
so high in fiber
that they just
if you have low hydrochloric acid
your liver's weakened
and your bio reserves are low
and you're doing legumes
you might get sensitive
so you gotta build up your liver
build up your bio reserves
build up your hydrochloric acid
and then you can end up doing the legumes
here's the thing
you could probably
Now, legumes aren't the worst thing at all.
They're actually okay.
They're actually okay for you.
But here's the deal.
You don't want to be doing them with fats.
You don't want to have, you want to have like a low-fat to no-fat chickpea hummus.
You want to have, if you're going to have some black beans, you don't want the fats really there.
You want to keep the fats away.
And then it works.
It really works.
Rapid heartbeat after eating certain foods.
You're having an adrenaline rush.
So you're having an actual adrenaline reaction with that.
I would love to know what foods you're doing
I really would overall
yeah so this is
this is great sensitive teeth and gums
yeah you know I did
check out my
my radio Hay House radio show
check it out on our sound cloud
go to Hay House radio or check out the sound cloud
and make sure you're doing that
you can see the shows I have I talk about teeth and everything else
what causes fatty lipomas
viruses
viruses actually create a fatty lipoma
sits in the side and the lipoma grows around it.
Specific viruses that like to create lipomas,
Epstein-Barr is actually the leading one
that creates all lipomas.
Epstein-Barr is one of the viruses in their groups.
I mean, and their family mutations of Epstein-Barr
that create cysts, tumors, growths of all kinds,
lipomas, fatty tumors, all of that.
So that's why you want to kill off your Epstein-Barr.
You know how you kill off your Epstein-Barr?
You knock it down with celery juice, baby.
You knock it down with celery juice, and you'll learn about Epstein-Barr right here in thyroid healing.
You'll learn about Epstein-Barr in liver rescue.
That's right.
So how do you treat candida naturally?
I'm going to throw this at you right now.
Okay?
You got it?
You got it?
Fasten your seatbelts, should I say?
Candida is not what you're treating.
That's not what you want to treat.
Candida, you need.
What happens is if you don't have candida, which is a beneficial fungus in your gut, we don't live.
We end up dying.
You kill all your candida.
You can't then absorb any food or nutrients, and then we just basically dissolve.
So you have to understand the mistake that happened with candida.
Candida rises and gets out of control because you have strep in the gut.
That's what candida does.
So it rises out of control to try to actually stop strep.
And that's what's happening.
So what you're really going after is strep.
That's what happens.
It sits inside the gut.
That's why every single person that used to have a candida diagnosis, theoretically by the practitioner, now gets a SIBO diagnosis.
Now gets a SIBO diagnosis.
That's how it works.
And I'm saying this because you need to know.
You need to know the truth.
The old thing was candida, candida, candida, and they were all wrong.
They were really all wrong.
There was always strep in the gut.
So now it's all about SIBO, SIBO, SIBO, SIBO, SIBO.
That's how it works.
Adult acne, that's strep.
That's strep.
There should be acne in here somewhere.
Here it is, acne and strep.
So get liver rescue so you can deal with it.
How does it work?
Strep actually sits inside the liver, camps there forever,
camps in the intestinal tract too.
but what it does when it sits inside the liver it ends up getting into the lymphatic system goes up
here pushes up into the skin your body produces all the sebum oil to try to stop it that's what
it's doing you end up getting cystic acne and infections it's all strep related you can get
it better start with the celery juice you know like do that do the heavy metal detox smoothie
the whole bit have you tell me why you're so you got bad dizziness that's the vagus nerve
Learn about the vagus nerve.
You can learn about that.
If you don't have the whole series, listen, just get the whole series.
If you can't afford the books, just go to the library.
Take out the whole series, okay?
Read them.
Saturate yourself in them.
And listen, I know that some of you are so chronically sick you can't read or you can't read long.
And I completely understand.
And my heart goes out to you.
It really does.
So try to listen to the radio shows.
Try to listen to the podcast.
Try to listen to the lives and get what you can out of there.
Start your celery juice because a lot of you are so sick with neurological fatigue and chronic fatigue of different kinds that you can't even read.
I completely understand.
You can't even look at computers a lot of times.
I know.
I know.
I feel so bad.
But yeah, learn about saturating yourself in the book so you can learn about these things and help change your life, get yourself better.
You're welcome.
So, thank you for, oh, that's really kind.
Seriously, you guys are just awesome.
You're my greatest support.
I love you so much.
It's unbelievable.
Body odor in the morning, that's ammonia coming out from the gut from low hydrochloric acid.
That's a liver issue.
So make sure you work on the liver too.
Seriously, even with like the body odor, if you lower the fats, don't burden the liver.
Bring in the celery juice.
Bring in a little bit more leafy greens.
bring in a few more fruits, some healing berries and apples because we're on the Apple Challenge.
Really, the apples too. I mean, seriously.
The reason why the apple, God bless, I love that.
The reason why the apple's on here is because if you eat more than one apple a day,
if you eat an apple a day, that's amazing.
If you eat more than one apple a day, you wouldn't believe what you're doing for your liver.
It's incredible.
So that reminds me of something.
There's people that are worried about the FODMAP issue, and they're worried about that.
First of all, if someone's dealing with any kind of digestive problems whatsoever, they're dealing with other things going on.
It has nothing to do with FODMAP.
It has nothing to do with those short-chain carbohydrates.
Nothing to do with that.
And that's something to understand.
It's really important.
because the FODMAP thing is, the theory is, okay, that you just, you can't assimilate,
you can't break down, you can't properly absorb anything with the short chain, the short chain
carbs, the whole bit, and you can't, you can't, the body can't function and work with that.
And here's the thing, that's a great mistake. It doesn't work like that. What happens is when
the liver gets sluggish and tired, it underproduces bile and nobody even knows about this.
And so they really just don't even get it.
And people are walking around, everybody, thousands and millions are walking around with low bile resource, low bile production.
The bile doesn't break down the fats anymore.
The fats cling to the walls of the gut and they harden and become rancid.
So that's one thing.
The other thing is the hydrochloric acid, which celery juice fixes, dwindles down and breaks down.
There's a seven blend of hydrochloric acid that we have in our intestinal tract, I mean in our stomachs, that's produced, that science research doesn't know about.
It's seven blends of acids.
I talk about that in all the books, Liver Rescue 2, of course.
And so that breaks down, and it can't break down the proteins anymore.
So you don't have enough HCL to break down the proteins.
So you've got low bile, can't break down the fats, can't break down the proteins.
And then stuff's rotten.
You've got gut rot.
Everything's happening in the intestinal tract.
And then you guys, if you followed me on that, you should watch this again because I'm going so fast.
You follow me on that?
Then you eat an apple and you don't feel good.
You eat an apple and you don't feel good.
And then someone's going to say, oh, you can't eat apples.
Well, you can't assimilate an apple.
You've got the short chain carbohydrate problem.
You've got the FODMAP problem.
You can't absorb properly.
So you can't eat that apple.
And that's what you're going to hear.
When in reality, you know what was happening?
When you bit that apple, it started purging your liver.
It started breaking down rancid fats in your intestinal tract.
It started ripping off proteins that were rotting, stuck, clinging to your intestinal tract and colon.
And it started moving the stuff out.
And the roughage and the pectin started driving that stuff out.
And you know what happened?
All that strep sitting underneath it, all that Epstein-Barr, all that bacteria, all those microbes, all that unbeneficial fungus, not candy to the bad fungus, all sitting in there started moving.
And you're like, I don't feel good.
I don't, I don't, I've, the apple, it's fruit.
I'm fruit and fructose intolerance now.
I got something else going on.
I'm FODMAP.
And that's how disturbing the misinformation is out there.
that's how unbelievable the misinformation is it'll mislead you it'll take you for a ride
it'll keep you sick for another 10-15 years and you know that's all cute and fun but when it's
your children that end up staying sick for 10 years and 15 years because of misinformation
it's not cute and it's not fun anymore on any level there's nothing fun about it you know i
I mean, seriously, so we have to really think about the future and the future of just everything,
the future of womankind, humankind, the future of our children and everything else, and protect them.
And so what happens is we get told you can't eat an apple.
Is that protecting someone?
No, it's not.
It's not protecting them when you're told you can't eat an apple.
And that's how hard it gets.
Speaking disorders, yes, that's mercury.
That's mercury in a couple of different areas.
You've got different areas of the brain that could be.
There's the processing center of the brain.
There's the emotional center of the brain.
You can have mercury in both places.
You can also have the places where literally where you're the expression part of the brain,
where you're expressing yourself, and then mercury could easily be in there.
So yeah, with speaking disorders, it's mercury-related.
Unless there was an actual physical injury, and that's a separate problem.
Unless there was a physical injury, that's how it works.
So, yeah, I want to keep on going.
So we get told not to eat an apple.
And then we get cheated out of healing all of our symptoms, cleaning up the liver, strengthening our digestion, giving us a longer life.
And that's what goes wrong.
Be careful with the FODMAP theory.
You got to be careful.
Stay away from eggs.
If you're on the FODMAP thing, just stay away from eggs.
Stay away from dairy products.
Stay away from that whole thing.
Lower your fats in your diet, whether you're vegan, plant-based, whether you're animal protein.
Bring in more leafy greens and apples.
And here's the thing.
Do the applesauce recipe that I posted.
Do the applesauce recipe.
And start with that if you're sensitive.
Because what happens is when you're really toxic and your liver's really toxic and it's really overloaded,
you've got a whole bunch of different poisons and toxins in there.
From pharmaceuticals in there, from bacteria, from viruses, from everything under the sun in there.
and you start eating apples and you start purging that and cleaning up your gut and cleaning up your intestinal tract
and you start doing that, you're going to feel like crap.
You're going to feel like crap for a little while.
You're going to feel a little strange.
But you know what?
I'm going to tell you something.
Most people that are adhering by the FODMAP thing and they've got digestive problems and everything else, you guys,
they're feeling like crap anyway every other day and they're not eating apples.
Everything else is triggering them off left and right and all that.
So then they eat an apple and they, that's, you know, it's all gets thrown in the mix.
Do things that are actually going to really turn things around and move the needle.
That's what it's about.
That's what we're about.
You know, split peas and apples.
You want to do apples for sure.
You know, split peas.
It's a, you know, steamed peas, frozen peas.
You steam them.
Fresh peas, you know, you take them out of the pods.
It's good.
it's just split pea, like dried pea powders, pea protein powders. They're really hard on the gut.
Really, really hard on the gut. Just letting you know. Oh, I'll tell spirit. Spirit hears you too.
Awesome. So PCOS, stay away from eggs. If you're told to eat eggs with PCOS, it's disastrous. You
know, one of the craziest things about PCOS is this, okay? First of all, it's cysts created by
the Epstein-Barr virus. That's what causes PCOS. And the very food viruses eat is eggs. But eggs
are the top food for every woman, for every girl, for every person that's actually dealing with PCOS
or dealing with fluid-filled cysts or any kind of ovarian cystic issue. They're told to eat lots
of eggs. It's a trap. It's so terrifying, really, because it'll grow those cysts faster than ever.
But you should be getting into the Apple Challenge, which I'm still pumped up about big time.
The Apple Challenge is going crazy.
I'm so proud of everybody.
I want to say that, number one.
And I'm so blown away.
People are in orchards.
I'm seeing everything.
Are you watching the feed?
I mean, it's incredible.
It's incredible.
The Apple Challenge is blowing me away.
So I'll keep on looking out for some other questions, too.
Fructose intolerance.
Let's cut in fat a little bit.
I can't help it.
Anthony, drink your celery juice.
Wow, it's fresh.
Thank you.
Yeah, it's going to go funny.
It's going to go funny, I know.
Because, you know, after this, we're going to go on to Facebook Live.
The celery juice is still going to be there.
And it's probably going to get, yeah, it's going to start losing its whole thing.
Liver rescue cleanse, 28-day cleanse.
The 28-day cleanse is amazing for the liver.
This takes it to a whole other level liver-wise.
Okay, so it's the 369.
because the liver actually runs off of numbers,
something that people are going to learn when they read the book.
It's an incredible thing that happens with the liver.
And 369 is really important.
Like, for instance, if you work on cleansing your liver in those threes,
like that's how I have it set up, where three days you do a certain thing.
Another three days you do a certain thing, I have it in liver rescue, you'll see.
Another three days, the liver responds better, it protects it better,
and it responds in a way that's unbelievable.
So it really pushes things forward like incredible.
So make sure you pre-order the liver rescue.
Barnes and Nobles, they get pre-ordered on Barnes and Nobles.
You can pre-order it there.
Okay, so fructose intolerance.
I want to cut into that a little bit.
It's so important.
Basically, here's the problem with the fructose intolerance thing.
It's another theory, and it's backed by the belief that fruit's bad.
So you have to remember where these things come from. They're created from a hatred towards fruit. So you have to remember that. So that's how it works. Something is created with an agenda towards something else.
So like the fructose intolerance theory and testing is created because it's created by people who hate fruit.
That's how it's done.
And so that's the whole point.
It couldn't be created otherwise because fruit lovers wouldn't buy into that.
They just wouldn't.
So that's how it works.
Always remember that, number one.
Remember fruit fear.
It's rampant everywhere.
No one likes fruit, meaning in a sense anymore.
They're afraid of it.
They're scared.
They're getting misinformation.
and if you get pushed away from fruit, you lose years off your life.
I mean, does it matter?
Does it matter if you lose five years off your life down the road?
Maybe you were supposed to make it till 80, but you made it to 75.
Maybe that extra five years doesn't matter.
You know, maybe if you end up getting 15 years extra off, you know, on added to your life,
I mean, because you're doing fruits and you're doing the bears,
you're doing the apples, especially the apples for the liver,
and you get 15 more years added to your life,
and maybe you make it to 100,
when if you didn't do the apples, you'd make it to 85?
I mean, does it matter?
I mean, I don't know.
You think about it.
I just like knowing we're adding years to our lives.
I want to add 15 more years.
I just think it's a great idea.
And it's not just that.
High-quality years, how about that?
High-quality years.
How about good quality living, good quality life, healing, getting healed, getting past everything?
It's that important.
Yeah, adding years to your life does matter, and good quality years, the whole good.
Fructose intolerance, let's cut into that for a couple more minutes, you guys, if anybody's interested.
We're often told that we'll have this, like, Adalase problem, so this Adalase B-ISO enzyme that sits inside the liver,
that'll be a problem when it's not the problem.
It has nothing to do with that.
Here's what happens with fructose intolerance.
We have insulin resistance.
All the people on the high-fat diets that are with toxic livers, really toxic livers,
overburdened with too many fats, fats from all directions.
Seriously, think about that.
Think about how many fats are in your diet, anybody's diet, going all the way back for years,
even if your diet's a little bit better now.
Think about going all the way back for years.
And what happens with the liver when it gets toxic and sluggish,
you end up getting insulin resistance, even if it's undetectable yet, because you always have
this underlying insulin resistance. You start eating fruit, you're not going to feel good.
The fruit sugar is going to show up in the bloodstream if you're tested. There's a reason
for that, because insulin resistance stops the sugars, any sugars, from getting into cells.
Big confusion going out there. Lower the fats, bring in more fruit. You're not going to be
fructose intolerant anymore. It doesn't exist. It's actually a bad theory. I'm only covering a
glimpse of it and anybody who's actually really entrenched in fructose intolerance, they're not
going to hear enough from what I'm telling you right now. So get the liver rescue and read the
entire section on fructose intolerance, the whole bit, how it works, so you're not getting thrown
completely. But basically the bottom line, when you have a sick liver, you're going to then not
be able to actually process or seem like you're processing sugars. Because the liver, when it
gets sick can't break down the fats. So your blood fats go so high in your bloodstream that
all you got to do is start putting a whole bunch of sugars in, whatever they might be,
whether it's fruit or anything else, and it could show up on a test. It doesn't mean you're not
allowed to eat the sugar, meaning the fructose, from the apples. No. In fact, this actually
reverses the liver condition so that you don't end up with fructose intolerance. The whole thing
that actually heals and reverses the theory or the condition of fructose intolerance is fruit.
So you have to bring in fruits and leafy greens and lower your fats. So you got to do all of that.
So that's just a little tidbit about that. The liver always produces Adelaide B, always produces
it. Even if it underproduces it, it's enough. So it's a bad theory. I'm just giving that to the
people that love the fructose intolerance stuff. Adrenals are down. You can't, if the adrenals are
down, first of all, um, if your adrenals are down, that means the liver's down too. Take care of the
liver. The adrenals go up. I've always said that it always works. Take care of the liver and your
adrenals get better. That's how it works. Um, I'll talk about, you know, I talk about adrenals in
here. If you look in, uh, here, you'll see adrenal issues somewhere in here, adrenal stress. So it's
a big section on adrenals. It's a whole nother thing too. How many servings of fruit? Well,
you got to make sure that, okay, well, first of all, people don't eat enough fruit anyway. So
you got to get a good few servings a day without a doubt. Like I would get three apples right now
a day because we're doing the apple challenge and change your life and get yourself healthier.
So three apples a day, that's what I would do. Plus I would do some other stuff. I would do the
heavy metal detox smoothie, which has a serving of fruit in there too. So that's already another
serving, you know, bring in, try to bring in at least three servings, try to graze and bring in
at least three servings, bring in some leafy greens. So once you do that, things only improve,
bring in your celery juice, the whole bit, it improves. Liver and anxiety connection,
anxiety, yeah, there is a connection. What happens is if you have anxiety problems,
that's your central nervous system being sensitive, getting hypersensitive to toxins,
something called the neurotoxin.
Their neurotoxin actually sits inside the liver.
So there's the liver connection right there.
Liver gets sluggish and then the nerves get sensitive.
So you guys, this has been amazing.
I hope I covered, you know, enough stuff for you today.
This is exciting.
Apple challenge goes to the 29th.
We're doing the giveaway.
We're giving away liver rescue books, liver rescue books.
Come on.
So join in regardless, join in no matter what,
even if you pre-ordered it, win one.
so you can give it to somebody.
So that's what's going on.
Two winners a day in the Apple Challenge,
totally pumped up about it.
And give your post about your love for apples,
the whole bit.
You'll see, like, look afterwards.
You'll see how we post it.
We have it on there, on the feed,
about what, you know, what you want to do
and what you want to write.
Basically what it is, if you love apples,
write anything that you love.
Any kind of experience with your apples.
Any kind of apple recipes,
anything you're doing with apples.
If you're going into orchards,
if you're just, if you're a story
about how you love apples,
You know, I picked apples over the years in orchards, and I loved it.
Best memories of my life is picking apples.
How exciting.
So, you know, just know that I love you guys.
I stand behind you 100%.
I know that many of you are struggling, and you're taking one day at a time.
Three steps up, two steps back.
Healing is always like that.
You just keep on getting better, and then you back down a little bit.
Then you get better, then you get back down a little, and then you keep on getting better.
And eventually, you get to the finish line.
celery juice every single day
I love you guys, take one day at a time
bless you, bless you
and take care
